In 2005, Suwa Precision Engineering established Suwa Stamping Tech to specialize in precision high speed stamping services for connectors, leadframes, electrical and high precision components.

Our stamping facilities are equipped with 3 units of high speed precision stamping presses that range from 25 to 40 ton with running speed ranging from 150 to 1500 stroke per min (spm).

Stamping Capabilities:

  • Precision Connector Stamping for PC and automotive industries
  • Precision stamping for telecommunication shielding and ground cap
  • High lead count leadframe (bandolier pin) and LED stamping
  • Materials: stainless steel, phosphorous bronze, copper, beryllium, brass, aluminum, and non ferrous metals
  • Stamp material thickness from 0.05 mm to 1.0 mm
  • Stamp smallest punch size ratio 1:1 to the material thickness
  • Stamp lead to lead spacing ratio 1:1 to the material thickness
  • Minimum tolerance +-0.01 mm
  • Very experienced Stamping Operation Manager with over 3 decades of "hands on" high speed stamping for interconnect industry
